ENTER TRANSPORT REPORTS

Below fields are to be filled:

• Entry date: date of entering in Republic of Slovenia
• Exit date: date of exiting Republic of Slovenia
• Vehicle registration number: registration number of vehicle used to perform transport
• Country in which registration was issued: select from drop-down list a country in which registration was issued for vehicle used to perform transport
• Point of entry: select from drop-down list a point of entry of vehicle in Republic of Slovenia
• Driving through: Specify planned path in Republic of Slovenia. In case of performing a transit across Republic of Slovenia type ''TRANZIT'' and filled fields point of entering and exiting.
• Point of exit: select from drop-down list a point of exit of vehicle in Republic of Slovenia
• Mileage [km] in Slovenia*: number of driven kilometres in Republic of Slovenia for specified transport
• Number of passengers*: number of passengers driven with specified transport per specified vehicle
• Value [€] of transport in Slovenia*: Value of transport performed in Republic of Slovenia, without VAT. Value in € currency with decimals places (cents)
• VAT [€]: Displays VAT informative calculation of performed service (transfer) in Republic of Slovenia

* If values in fields (Mileage, Number of Passengers and Value) are not yet known at time of registering the transport reports value ''0'' can be entered. These values are to be entered at latest prior submitting DDV-O-OP document.

In order to submit multiple transport records at once use button Add row and complete additional row.

Transport records are submitted with button Save transport records.

If you want to cancel entering data of current transport use button Cancel.

In bottom part of page recent transport record are displayed.
