Where and how
Applications must be filed with the competent finance office:
1. For minor offence claims for which fines are imposed by the Police: with the Maribor Finance Office, Titova cesta 10, 2000
Maribor or by email to: mb.fu@gov.si
2. For claims by other minor offence authorities (such as courts of justice, city wardens, inter-municipal inspectorates, inspectorates of the Republic of Slovenia, Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary and Plant Protection, Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia, etc.): with the Murska Sobota Finance Office or must be sent by email to: ms.fu@gov.si
3. For minor offence claims for which fines are imposed by the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia: with the finance office with which the offender is entered in the tax register.
